Product Returns

We’re so confident you’ll love our products that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you're not absolutely thrilled with your Tepi Naturals® order, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


Electronic Gift Card Returns

Tepi Naturals® electronic gift cards may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The gift card is unused and in its original electronic form (not redeemed or altered)

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • If the card was purchased in error or is defective, contact us and we’ll be happy to help

  • Return shipping does not apply to electronic gift cards

Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Gift cards that have been used to purchase digital products

  3. We’ll provide instructions and assist with the return process


Purchased from a Retailer?

If you purchased your Tepi Naturals® product through an authorized third-party reseller (such as a retail partner or online marketplace):

  • Please contact the original place of purchase for returns or exchanges

  • Return policies may vary by retailer
